Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct extends beyond our platform to include your interactions on other platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Promoting, selling, or endorsing counterfeit or stolen intellectual property in any capacity, on or off-platform, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your SoSBaby.VIP account. We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy for any counterfeit items or unauthorized promotion of intellectual properties concerning our sculptors.

Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any activity that violates our Prohibited Conduct Policy is strictly forbidden. This includes fraudulent actions, harassment, or the promotion and sale of counterfeit items.
Counterfeit Policy: Selling counterfeit dolls or items that infringe on intellectual property rights protected by U.S. law will result in a permanent ban. No warnings will be issued—YOUR FIRST OFFENSE WILL BE YOUR LAST OFFENSE. If you are uncertain about the authenticity or licensing requirements of a product, please err on the side of caution and refrain from posting. Our platform is focused on genuine artistry; there are numerous other platforms for advertising dolls and related items.

Community Integrity and Self-Policing

SoSBaby.VIP relies on the integrity of its community to be self-policed. See Something, Say Something: If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms of Service, especially regarding counterfeit items or unauthorized promotions, we encourage you to take action. Each listing includes a Report button for users to easily flag posts that may break our community guidelines. Your active participation in maintaining a trusted and respectful environment is essential to our mission.

Content Posting

Members are responsible for the content they post on SoSBaby.VIP. Avoid posting inappropriate or prohibited items and respect intellectual property rights. Licensed Fabrics: Handmade items crafted from licensed fabrics (e.g., purchased at retail stores such as Joann Fabrics, Michaels, Amazon, or Hobby Lobby) are allowed. If a listed item’s authenticity is questioned, members may be asked to provide proof of purchase from an approved retailer.

Third-Party Services

SoSBaby.VIP uses third-party services, including IDenfy for identity verification. By using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of these services.

Limitation of Liability NO Guarantee of Product Authenticity or Quality

SoSBaby.VIP is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or product quality are solely between the buyer and the seller. SoSBaby.VIP disclaims liability for any damages or losses resulting from transactions facilitated through the platform.
